Every sportsman is not an employee but every employee was an sportsman. Provide indoor/outdoor, field/court even board game championship to unleash the sports man inside your employee. Sports has always been a till to learn transferable skills like team work, leadership etc. Inter-departmental championship is always a fun ideas for networking between the employees.
Carnival
Almost everybody cherish their childhood memories. A carnival based on traditional games and cultural elements will not only be a thing to remember but cultural and community promotion.
Adventure Sports
Curiosity and adventure is in blood of human being. Use this day out to take your employees an extra mile. Stretch their limitation. Give them life time experience. Be cautious about the safety of your employee don't let them get carried away, make sure they take every precaution. Scuba diving, snorkeling, sky diving, paragliding are few adventure sports must be tried.
Yoga
Breath in, breath out, take a deep breath. Don't just read it, TAKE A DEEP BREATH! It relaxes you. Many countries in the world celebrate international yoga day. Let them taste yoga. Let them practice it.. It will not only help them physically but psychologically also.

Explore the outside life of your employee. Arrange a carnival stall setup for employees and let them showcase their work ranging from aya and crafts to smart and eco friendly hacks products. No wonder you can get inspire by some of the ideas of their startups. Different employees have different recreational tastes invite them to display their belongings by arranging stall and spaces for bike show, car show, pet show, etc. Not only this activity generates but it might get their pocket fills.
Remember, if you take care of your employees they will take care if your customers and business.
