Operation to Sew wounds of Karachi

First make sure no political party will go to UNO and say we are being targeted by our forces in Karachi then call Military in Karachi else later u will hear voices of NATO forces boots in Karachi. Understand the situation we are dealing with internationally accepted political parties. Don't compare the situation of Karachi with Sawat & Malakand, there the forces were dealing with banned non state parties.

In my Rough Idea para military forces with non political affiliation has to carry surgical operation to sew the wounds of Karachi.

Recently, I had the opportunity to facilitate an evaluation assignment for an organization seeking certification from Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) .
